Problem with crumb tray

I just received my Smart Oven Air Model BOV900. I cannot insert the CRUMB TRAY! It does not fit. I telephoned. They did not call me back. Now it is 5 PM. They are closed. I tried to fill out help form online. They asked for BATCH CODE. Could not complete form. I cannot find it. Looked under the oven, in back of oven. PLEASE HELP ME! This is very frustrating! And your website is very complicated. Too much information all over. User's recommendation: BE AFRAID; BE VERY AFRAID!
