Problem with cbs.com website

On cbs.com and only on cbs.com my iPad loads and continuously reloads pages in a way that keeps me from seeing them. This problem is browser independent and is occurring on a larger and larger fraction of the links. I have an iPad 4 running iOS 10.3.4 and cannot go any higher. Why is this a problem I only see on your site? Can anything be done about it?
