Problem with booking

We booked months ago a trip to the great barrier Reef thru viator with the family. Received email 2 days before dive, booking was cancelled due to insufficient funds on credit card. Problem could have been resolved easily if given the chance. Can't contact viator to fix. Hopeless. In future go directly thru provider.book dir User's recommendation: Book directly thru provider.
