I went to the station on West first Street in Oswego NY this morning to purchase a Green Dot card.the attendent took it upon herself to activate my card.I haven't been able to use the card so I brought it back to the station and she said she activated it so I had her try to use it and it wouldn't work for her either. All she said was for me to keep trying the number on the back of the card until I get a person. The card is worthless and I want my money back Thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter. Susan Suressi
