And also I had to take the stickers off the wheels because they were making the cars jump off the track and I had them perfectly in the middle of the wheel now everything is working great I will post picks when I take them. Just crossing my fingers waiting for the next calmity oh and mine also got a small thread of something around the rod of the tire had to cut it of with a old flat blade like for an old razor then when some came out enough to run I just let the tire turn while pressing the flat edge against the wheel rod and finally got it out. Hope this helps someone this has been a very frustrating toy but now I think I got all the bugs out it's really pretty cool.
