Problem reaching credit dept

I finally got thru on my 4th call on day 2. Luckily, Jeremy was the party who answered the phone and was helpful, professional, and very courteous. With his help, I finished that part of the transaction and am on to the contract phase. Im hopeful I can deal with someone as patient and helpful as Jeremy. User's recommendation: Be patient and persistent.
