Problem ith gift cards

Update by user Jun 03, 2021 burger king has not reached out to me yet. They have a very poor customer service. To let a issue remain unresolved since Feburary. Update by user May 01, 2021 case# 248**** more phone calls and more emails but no response so far. Original review posted by user Apr 30, 2021 gift cards that have balances but will not scan. Follow up on case # 248****. Problem since feb 8. Very poor customer service, months later and still no help from there customer service department. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY BURGER KING GIFT CARDS.
