PROBLEM IN BIKE

I HAVE AN HONDA SHINE BIKE . THIS BIKE AUTO STOP IN RAIN . START STOPS IN MANY TIME IN RAIN OR AFTER RAIN ,THERE IS NO WATER ON ROAD AFTER RAIN BUT BIKE ALSO STOP DUE TO ANY UNKNOWN REASON . MECHANIC CHECK & PUT NEW PLUG + TAPE ALL COIL BUT PROBLEM OF STOP BIKE IS REMAIN . PLEASE HELP ME . WHAT I CAN DO.
