Problem getting into the tables

Good morning, First let me share that my current email to use is eagles1937@***.com frankcoronamarketing@***.com is an old email and no longer in use. My user name is chico37 For the past two days, when I try to get into a table, a screen pops up that says PALA RGS. I have no idea what that is. Please help me to fix this. Thanks so much for your help with this
