Called twice trying to talk to someone to credit my account with $$ I earned with Reward Points. I was transferred around to three different departments or phones numbers THREE times. No one understood or wanted to help me and just passed me on round and around. I am very unhappy with your business and doubt if I will ever use this charge card again. Too much stress and my time is valuable - worked on this for a couple hours. User's recommendation: Don't use a Care Credit Card. Not worth the hassle.
