I was on unemployment waiting for a check I called and talked to joe and I told him as soon as I get my check I would pay my storage bill he said ok they are not going to charge late fee so I got my check yesterday and I when of and paid the storage bill and I was charged for two late fees and was told by joe since I didnt pay April I would be charge late fee I told him I was told by you I would not be charge late fee I ask him for the corporate office and he give me the district manager number called several times and no reply
