I ordered three items online. One of the items I needed to return but since I had received a deal for ordering all three I needed to call customer service. The person (which took me over 20 minutes to reach) ordered me a replacement for the reduced price and told me to return the item using the label provided. I did so, and they never processed my return. I turned the package in at my local post-office so I know it made the mail. Unfortunately I did not keep the tracking number. The last few times I have tried calling WHBM - the waiting has been ridiculous and the customer service not great. I am beginning to wonder if they are cutting staff due to budgets. If so, I fear that they are making mistakes. For as pricey as they can be, you would hope that they would offer better. I'm out $50 at this point - it's been weeks.
