Pro: Good platform for personality development for young girls; Cons: Very expensive, staff could use some serious customer service training

2

Very organized program and helps develop self-confidence and people skills for young girls. However, this pageant is all money-money-money. We spent over $2000 during state pageant and now spending at least $3000 and counting for the nationals just for sponsorship fees, spotlight, and optionals. You would expect the staff to be more polite being in the frontline because without parents like me, they wouldn't be in this prestigious pageant. Same with over the phone. Staff in general are not shy in showing irritability when asked about something either on the phone or in person. These staff both behind the scene and on the front line could use a serious customer service training. We're not just spending hundreds here, we are spending thousands. They already hit 2 strikes on me, I will surely say something they wouldn't like the next time and will make sure my video is on. We'll see how the directors like their rude people went viral.
