Private IP not working, Astrill response to it…

I purchased a specific Country based Private IP.I purchased it because it was available and paid extra cost. Now, I didn't need a "no matter what country" private IP, I needed a specific country. Since a few days, it's not available anymore, they only offer two very spotty IP shared address that often stop receiving data and affect my work. I wrote to them and I got a response saying that they could switch me to another country's private IP, but I DON'T NEED ANOTHER COUNTRY'S IP. I need that specific country. They answered that I'm not collaborating with their proposals, no offer of refund, even a menacing tone:" We can see a long communication of our support representatives with you regarding your private IP issue. Our staff has already proposed you various possible solutions but they all aren't carried out by you. We will strongly suggest and request you to cooperate with support representatives to get a solution for you. Thanks"
