My name is Miriely Rodriguez today I visited the 270 7th Avenue New York, NY 10001 location. I was very disappointed with the treatment and the rudeness of the staff member. I was looking forward to the photo session today it was supposed to be a very special since my sons is turning five. Staff member was rude and rushed me to make decisions, I asked her that I wanted to review the phone one more time and she got really annoyed. She was not friendly at all. Im very disappointed with my experience and the quality of the photos. I would like to get a call back from a manager, I would like to escalate my experience. this is unacceptable treating people poorly is not ok and I have zero tolerance for this kind of behavior.wrinkled and sticky
