The lady worked with me continuously, calling back multiple times when disconnected to solve the problem. Turns out, I need new heads for the printer. So Im on my way to buy a new brother printer. Last one lasted for five years. I love brother printers! Wouldnt have anything except. User's recommendation: Buy one for sure.
