Prime shipping credit

We have been Prime members for several years and use Amazon exclusively for purchasing and ordering. We recently relocated to St. Croix, which is a US territory. We were informed by Amazon Chat that on Prime Items ordered and delivered we would be reimbursed for shipping charges. That we were required to contact CHAT Rep. once the items where delivered. We were so happy to hear this and have since ordered multiple items to be delivered. We have had no issues with being reimbursed until yesterday. I have personally spent extensive time on line being transferred from one CSR to another. I was informed that I would be reimbursed then abruptly disconnected and transferred to another agent. After being informed that a credit for the $11.97 would be credited I was transferred again. Is there someone that can assist me ? The time spent to correct this has been extremely frustratrating no less caused me much inconvenience. I esplained all this multiple times with multiple reps and continue to get no results.
