We've had Osterman for a long time and the prices keep going up. We're at over $5 now when the average price is mid $3's. Even after calling the best they could do was take off a few cents. It's just getting worse. Now they charge an extra fee for regulations? As far as the reliability rating. Sometimes we have to call to get a delivery. Not very reliable. User's recommendation: Stay away unless you want to throw your money away.
