Hi, I'm Christy. I would like to complain my booking is not the best price compare to other app. Trivago is an app that suppose to provide the best price to the user. If you didn't provide, why do I still need to use this app! On 2nd July, I booked Macau Sheraton Hotel through Trivago. When I searched the Macau hotel for 21st July to 23nd July. Trivago automatically link to booking.com showing the "best price" of $2576 (excluding 5% tax and 10% service charge) for two nights. I booked the "best price" hotel room. However, after I confirmed all the payment, I checked again immediately through Trivago. And the app showed Wing on travel price $2588 (including all tax and service charge) for same room type for two nights. I'm super disappointed that Trivago not showing the best price. I sent a complain email to Trivago on 2nd July, however I didn't hear any reply from them until now. How come you can ignore a customer's complain letter? I'm writing to complain and hope to get the money diff back. The attachments are the evidences to show the error of this app. Please don't ignore my email anymore. Thanks!
