my wife called Public Storage at 2918 Peters Creek road, Roanoke virginia, we decided we needed a 10 x15 unit were told on the Phone there was a 1.00 special my wife asked if there were any other costs the lady Chloe said that was it, we arrived within the hour waited patiently while she took care of a transaction in progress, we overheard there was a mandatory insurance fee of 11.00 no exceptions, a lock fee of 9.00 keep in mind the same lady who we talked to on phone was same who we talked to there. then she said no there is only a 50% off Fee which would make the unit 160.00 and there were signs up describing the 1.00 special!! WTH?? this was on 6/28/2018 approx at 4:30 p.m. at that time I had enough and we walked out .
