Price is too high. Poor support.

Cox has the worst tech support. On hold for 20 minutes, then I was told no one was available and the connection was terminated. Tried online chat, I asked a very simple question. Can you send a single to my router to determine if there is an outage or my router has a problem, the answer was we cannot do that, it was pitiful trying to chat with someone reading off of a queue card. I asked to speak to a network engineer. No help there either. They offered to have someone come out in a week. I told them no. User's recommendation: Research ALL options.
