Price increases and items go missing

We engaged Busby Homes to build a new home for us. Once we paid the deposit, the price kept going up, and house inclusions kept "being missed" It was blamed on admin team not doing the proper checks Guess if they don't bother to check the plans and inclusions, then they won't bother checking the build. Time wasters
