Price gouging by Windstream

For the past 4 years with Windstream, I've been charged $25.51 per line (2 lines) for "Basic Business Line Measured". In July 2020, it went to $50.00 per line. Last month it went to $200 per line! I complained both times to no avail, even writing to the PUC. (Their latest notice of increase was buried in fine print in their 8-page April invoice.) I called again for a billing adjustment, but they said I should look for another provider. I switched to Comcast but expect more outrageous charges from them before this is done. Terrible company, terrible (rude) customer support, outrageous fees. I plan on aggressively outing them on social media as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau (Windstream has a rating of 2 out of 5!), Consumer Protection Agency and the NH Attorney General's Office. Never, never, never sign up with Windstream. User's recommendation: Find anyone else but Windstream as a provider.
