After an extensive amount complaining on my part the company issued a credit to my satisfaction. Issue resolved. It took about 100 days. Contacted state attorney general's office. State office of labor and industry. Credit card company. Pissed customer as well. From a legal stand point I didn't have any standing. It was a ethical issue. The company president called me and expressed his apology. The charge code used by the plumber was for a more extensive repair. The proper code was priced substantially less. When the discount and the online coupon were subtracted it was still a high price. The work was done correctly. It was hard not to be done correctly. It was a very simple task. All in all, the job was done. I paid what I thought was a just price. I am pleased with the results.
