I bought a bottle of perfume from a Boots store, with my gift card from my son for my Birthday yesterday. The same afternoon I seen on Boots website the same bottle of perfume was on offer from £53 to £35.51 which is obviously quite a saving! The lady over the phone said it was just an online offer!! And I wouldn't have been able to use my gift card online anyway? Which does not sound right to me! As I have used gift cards whilst ordering online before at other high street stores. I feel very let down at paying so much more for the item and will definitely look elsewhere in future. User's recommendation: Shop at other high street stores for good customer service and fair prices.
