Know its a late response but i wanted to share that i have never bought Origami Owl from a rep... I never could afford their jewelry anyway. But i had bought "mini charms" from Walmart's craft section and paid no more than $3 for a pack of 5. Fast foward to a year or two later... Im at a yard sale and buy some mini charms stamped with Origami Owl. They looked similar to mine from Walmart. Went home and compared... They were the exact same everything. The color, size and design. It was the exact charm just one was stamped. I am guessing its the same supplier. So yes, it indeed could be they "stole" the design or they are being supplied the same product but charging wayyyy more. I hope by now, people would have already found this out, in 2019. I just wanted to share. I dont own a locket from any company, just a collecter of cute, mini items, toys ect. I was just in shock at how a company can charge so much for something you could find at Walmart. Legal or not, i dont know but if you wanted to save a buck, Walmart wouldve been the place. Nobody turns your locket to see if the charms are stamped. Am i right?
