The bldg I lived in had radiator heat that the temp was controlled by the boiler and locked in the basement. Never had any issues with my 4th floor apt being warm until AIY took over the bldg. Heat was incl with rent. All of a sudden I'd come home to an apt in the winter living right on the lake where the temp was 58 degrees. Could never get a hold of anyone, or they would say I'm the only person complaining. Rude/ Unprofessional and should lose their real estate license.
