I was very upset at Volaris for not refunding me for a cancellation and I placed a comment earlier, however, Volaris Corporate approached me with a fair and reasonable resolution. Sometimes you just need to contact the right individual. Thank you and Thanks Volaris User's recommendation: Contact corporate.
