Prestige Camera

While I have no problem with the television I purchased from Prestige Camera, I have a serious problem with a service the offer called 'White Glove'. This service costs 150.00 and is supposed to require the delivery company to bring the item into the room and set it up. This is a service the contracted delivery company offers FOR FREE! When I called the delivery company to set an appointment and was told over the phone that set-up was included. I immediately called Prestige Camera and asked to cancel the White Glove service charge. I was told that this was not possible. After the equipment was delivered (and set up) I made repeated attempts to speak to the Customer Service Dept at Prestige Camera with no success. The closet I got to a response was a couple of emails detailing the 'value' of the White Glove service. I can't complain about the equipment, but the delivery service offered by Prestige Camera is basically fraud.
