Purchased power washer (#RY141900) April 2018 at Home Depot with extended coverage. Used it approximately 4 hours last season used it for 2 hours this year, 2019 and all pressure stopped. Water flowed similar to regular hose strength. Home depot said it's under manufacturer warranty... after paid extended warranty policy on line said it was covered for replacement. (On line policy mysteriously changed/adjusted after bringing it to home depot attention after phone call) Ryobi wants me to drive 45 minutes to have it looked at to see what the problem is, obviously go back and pick it up (another 45 minutes). How is it a $200.00 product works for 6 hours and isn’t replaceable? Tags are still on it. I was on hold for 25 minutes and finally customer service agent Jasan had an attitude as soon as she picked up. I wouldn’t buy a Ryobi product ever after this fiasco.
