Prepaid Service Sent me to collection

Original review posted by user Apr 26, 2018 Phone Power sent me to collection after I cancelled my service. I paid for my service. I had been paying Phonepower.com 1 to 2 years in advance. I cancelled my service and I requested they transfer my 800 number to another company. They didn't transfer my number. I ended up loosing my 800#. I called several times while my phone was still active for them to transfer my 800 number. I switch to another company when I had more than 1 month of prepaid service credit left and I still ended up losing my 800# and then they sent me to collection a year after I stopped using their service. I've lost a lot of business because Phone Power did not transfer my 800 number. I'm really pissed that this Prepaid Voip Phone provider sent me to collection.
