Premium Suppor

I believe I still pay for. Was seriously ill last year. I have had them come into my laptop several times for the same problem year after year. Computer and scanner do not see each other. Just bought a refurbished scanner. It wont connect either. All the phone #s I had for Premium are no good anymore.
