I'm complaining about the new premium service which received from 20000 stating that I'm subscribed to the service and it being renewed in weekly basis. As checked, I didn't subscribe to any service even 3 series shortcode. I have unsub the service by send "stop all" to 20000 and receive message from 22220 saying your service has been unsub. I need a clarification on when I'm subscribed to the service. If yes, please provide me the screenshot the message/log that stating I'm subscribed to the service. I have received a message from DIGI as well stating you didn't subscribe to any service.
