Premium plus

I subscribed to Busuu Premium Plus in August 2020 at a cost of £39.99 I cancelled my subscription a couple of months ago. Yesterday they charged £79.99 to renew my subscription. Given the run around on line Have tried to ring to speak to customer services several times, goes to messages. Left message still not had a return call Now I see online this happens frequently with them. Would appreciate your help
