When they tell you bumper to bumper don't believe them. I currently have my Ford Explorer in for a leake going into three different areas of my vehicle. I was told its due to a clogged water drain that funnels water off of my sun roof. Because its not a "part" but instead needs to be cleaned out i have to pay a total of $500.00 for labor. $100.00 of that was to diagnose the problem. :( What makes me so mad is, i just picked it up Friday haveing a bracket replaced. Here it is Tuesday and its back at the shop again!! When you take it in for maintenance shouldn't this be something they should check??
