The work was done with men that did not speak english even though I was told that the company did not use illegals for helpers. Wrong! They killed my landscaping, sat on my patio furniture and got plaster on everything they touched. They walked ON my plants to get my landscaping stones to use as weights for their plastic since they were trying to plaster my pool in the rain. They used MY ladder and knocked it over on my newly stamped concrete deck. The salesperson who sold us on this company actually tried to blame me for the shotty job saying I should have gotten on the calendar sooner. They give you a tile allowance only do not tell you that would only cover the ugliest tiles left over from the 80's and anything else is more expensive. Oh, and most of the nice tiles are obsolete with the company that they use. The over all experience was a nightmare and getting them to do what they said they were going to do was a struggle. I got into more that a few heated arguments over the phone and that was the only way to get them to honor what was discussed. I have pictures to prove everything and they settled for less then was contracted because of the pictures. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES! Would I use them again... no way. WARNING!!!! They sound great, they talk a big game but they don't deliver the goods!
