PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. on 3/5 I had an urgent situation come up and needed cash pretty fast, buy the next day actually. I applied for this loan through them. When I did the loan I was told that it would be deposited in my account the next day. Well it never happened and this morning there it was in my account 3/9. Now, when I did this loan I was disputing why are you charging me a payment on 3/13 that is a full payment when this is suppose to be daily interest bearing loan. I asked how much interest they are charging me per day and she said $15.72 per day. But if I wanted to complete the paper work on 3/5 the day I was talking with them but not have the loan in my account until Monday then I wouldn't have to make a payment until 3/31. They said the same thing they said to others in their reviews. It was the banks fault. Well I know my bank and they never ever hold any deposit that comes into my account. They never showed any record of ever receiving it. The fact that I didn't get this until Monday, should have made them adjust the payment date but in either case, there is no way that a full payment should be coming out of my account for a daily interest bearing loan, of $362.00. At the most if they were taking a payment it should have been approx. $150. Predatory lending is any lending practice that imposes unfair or abusive loan terms on a borrower. This is what they did. Based on the reviews I have read this is a standard practice of theirs. I believe they fall under the definition of predatory lending which is illegal. User's recommendation: STAY CLEAR OF THEM! Let my story be a warning. If I could give them less than zero stars I would.
