Have spent about $400 on them in the last 2 yrs. Have sent the 2's back twice because the mic stopped working. The third time they tokd me about the new ones that was suppose to be better quality. Had them for 7 months then the mic started with the same problem. Sent them back the sent me a replacement pair. Now the mic is not working again. Call to get fixed now they want to charge me to fix them. I have several different types of the beats and i have no problems with any of them. I am very disappointed with the product and the management team. What can i do to get Apple to look into this product
