I bought poweramp from their website and now I can't restore my purchase, my order # 2873428. . I sent them tons of email but, never hear back from them . I contacted them via twitter and after two days they replied and said that "I have to buy poweramp again". They are not helpful at all. Why should I buy poweramp again when I already paid them? They do not have any answer and keep telling bull and *** stories. I'm highly frustatred, I have been trying to get someone from their office since two weeks. They are russian scammers and rob everyone. I need my money back or I want someone from poweramp contact me and fix this. I would highly, recommend not to buy this music player. It's a total scam.
