Power suddenly went out with no wind or rain (Hurricane Michael timeframe). Reported outage to Dominion Power. Automated system indicated outage not due to storm (substation breaker?) But no estimated time of repair provided. No human interface available.Dominion Energy/Power is horribly unreliable.
