Power outages= no furnace

1

I’m new to the water furnace but have noticed that after a power outage the furnace will not cut back in on it’s own . Thank god it hasn’t got to cold yet this winter. If I flip the breakers off for 60 sec then back on the furnace runs perfect. Until next outage that is. Please help I’ve had two different companies come out to see furnace at which is costing me$600 a visit being that I live so far from any cities. Both say furnace is functioning perfectly. But when I go into house and it’s at 50 degrees I know different.
