Due to storm we lost power 3/2/18. NYSEG was assessing three day with feedback to consumers. When they finally put a date of power return it became a rolling date to the next Days. Unacceptable in the winter for anyone especially when you have elderly and asthma individuals at home. You return home from being out all day today o wrk up and your house is same temperature as outside 45 degrees. Shame in not having a back up plan for power or customers interest first.
