I parked two cars at the icon parking lot on 140 W 53rd st. I prepaid both vehicles and the manager or the man who runs the lot whoever he is made me pay an additional $41 for each car and I already paid the prepaid fee of $22 for each car!! He called the police on me just to rip me off!! This man is power driven as well condescending, oh yeah and a thief!! He’s a Spanish guy, medium built with a bald head.
