Pouring out of jug

Could you please tell me why after 105 years, Pyrex has still not made a jug that you can pour liquid out without spilling quite a large amount of it going all over my work service? Pouring quickly, or slowly it makes no difference! Surely a redesign is in order to correct this all so annoying fault.
