I received the following email from [protected]@jcappoc.com: On 1st July 2015 at 03.14, [protected]@jcappoc.com wrote: 'Dear customer, We have refunded your money, as the bank need about 5-7 working days to confirm the refund, and for, need to wait about 30 banking days to receive the refund, Wish you could understand. Can you please advise what I should do to take this further as the company still owes me £90. I send emails daily and they are being ignored. Many thanks Mandie McNaughton
