13 days ago, I received a piece of furniture where the marble was cracked in two. I immediately raised this on the live chat and was given an email contact where I shared the image. I formally raised a complaint on the website 3 days later as I had no response and have continually followed up. Nothing has been resolved and I still have a broken product.
