Potential hacked

I just signed up on jswipe for a month this past week and feel my account has been hacked. My chats keep disappearing and a few would come back and then disappear. Possibly there is a glitch in the system. This is a breach of confidentiality, as I am requesting my account to be received immediately. I paid for a month of service. Thank You.
