Horrible customer service even when recording says you're "number one in the que." held for over 10 minutes and no one ever came on the line to assist me. Have only had postage meter about six weeks, and having multiple issues with on-going error messages that can never be resolved and no customer service person to assist me!!! always feel as if I am talking to a used car salesman when speaking with anyone! they don't even answer the phone with any class, or professionalism, but they simply say, "hello, " without indicating you're speaking to someone at their company, or asking how they might help you, etc. Ready to return equipment; this is totally ridiculous, and getting someone to assist with returning the equipment is, no doubt, going to be even more interesting! I will definitely report this to the Better Business Bureau.
