The young lady who assisted me was lovely. She was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and informative. I had no problem with her or anyone. I wore my sneakers once outside and got a blister. I waited a week and when I tried to wear them again on our treadmill, the shoe still hurt my heel. The representative explained that she could not issue a refund but suggested that my local DSW might be able to help. I wasn't in the least angry, just a bit disappointed with the policy. I will call my nearby DSW and see what they say. I just don't want to enter any stores because of COVID and I'm hoping they might come out to the curb. Thank you.
