For Christmas I received a 16 quart roaster. I used it shortly after and it shorted out. My entire house smelled like burning plastic. I took it back to the store it was purchased from and purchased another one. This new one had the same issue. It smells like its burning. My newest one actually smoked from its edges. I think it is a wiring issue. I am concerned for other consumers who have received or purchased this item. Thank you for your time, Kindra Davis
